The Weight Vest comes with options for 12, 40, or 96 weights, each 8.7" long and weighing 0.44 lb (0.2kg). Perfect for strength training, crossfit, fitness, walking, and running. The vest size is 55x42cm (22"x16.5"), with a waist measurement of 84-117cm (33"-45"). The vest itself weighs 1.7lb without weights.
